Bugatti EB110 GT Blu Bugatti
The 1991 Bugatti revival: 3.5 L quad-turbo V12, all-wheel drive, carbon chassis, 213 mph, built near Modena.
About the car
The EB110 was launched on 15 September 1991, the 110th anniversary of Ettore Bugatti's birth, by Bugatti Automobili SpA, the company Romano Artioli founded to revive the marque at a new factory in Campogalliano near Modena. It uses a carbon-fibre chassis built by Aérospatiale, a 3.5-litre V12 with four turbochargers and five valves per cylinder producing 553 hp in GT form, a six-speed manual and permanent all-wheel drive, with a claimed top speed of 213 mph. Marcello Gandini worked on the original design, later revised by Giampaolo Benedini. Around 139 cars were built, including the lighter SS version, before the company went bankrupt in 1995.
